Policies and Procedures – 2011-2012 Season
This season, we will once again be selling tickets to all CAPA shows through an easy to use online ticket agent, Show Tix 4 U. You will have three ways to order your tickets:
Online
This is the quickest, easiest and most economical option. Visit the CAPA website, www.starringcapa.com and click the Purchase Tickets link. This will take you to Show Tix 4 U, where you will be able to choose the performance you wish to attend, the exact seats you would like to sit in, and then safely and securely pay using your credit card. This option allows you to have your tickets e-mailed to you instantly; you may choose, instead, to have them mailed via USPS for an additional fee. We recommend the e-mail option, as it will instantly e-mail your tickets to you, so you can then print them when you are ready! Phone
As always, you may call the box office to purchase your tickets over the phone. You may call the Box Office at 734-331-0213 to place your order. If you need to leave a voicemail, be sure to leave your name and phone number so that a representative may contact you. This option allows for you to pay with Credit Card, Cash or Check (made payable to Livonia Public Schools), however, we will not process your order until payment is received, so Credit Card is the most convenient payment method. This option also allows for you to have your tickets e-mailed to you instantly or held at Will Call. You may be able to choose your own seats with this option, depending on availability.
Ticket Order Form
All cast members will have a Ticket Order Form enclosed in their Production Packets. These forms will also be available through the CAPA teachers. Use this form to order your tickets and send it back with your student or bring it to CHS. Payment must be included in the form of Cash, Check (made payable to Livonia Public Schools) or Credit Card. You are not able to pick your exact seats with this order option. This option allows you to have your tickets e-mailed or available at Will Call.
At Door Sales
As always, you may absolutely purchase your tickets the night of the performance at the door. We do urge you to avoid this option however; this creates long lines and may hold the start time of the production. If you do choose to purchase your tickets at the door, however, the box office opens one hour prior to the show start time and we ask that you arrive with plenty of time to purchase tickets and get seated. Payment options at the door include Cash, Check (made payable to Livonia Public Schools) or Credit Card.

A Few Quick Notes
- The Box Office will open an hour before each performance.
- All ticket sales are final and there are no refunds.
- Tickets may be exchanged for new seats or for a different performance date, however, a $2 exchange fee per ticket will be assessed.
- All Credit Cards are processed through Show Tix 4 U safely and securely. Show Tix 4 U is a branch of Music Theater International, one of the world’s leading dramatic licensing agencies. You can trust that all credit transactions will be processed with your safety in mind. You credit card number is never stored.
